Rosemary DeLaurentis

Sales Associate

Rosemary DeLaurentis began her real estate career in residential real estate in March of 2009 with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the Biltmore/Paradise Valley Office, when the economy and real estate market were on a downward slope. Having come from a 10 year career at Arizona State University, working in conferencing as the Supervisor of Meeting and Conference Services for the Downtown Campus, she learned the importance of customer satisfaction and the significance of ‘education.’ As a new realtor, she took on the challenge of helping sellers with their short sales and buyers purchasing distressed properties, as an opportunity to work hard and learn the real estate business when times were tough. To her, it was an opportunity for a great real estate education.

Rosemary DeLaurentis has a warm persona and is a woman of honesty, integrity & dedication to her clients. Since 2011, Rosemary has consistently earned the most client appreciation awards for the Biltmore Office. She is forever grateful to her clients and appreciates that they take the time to write about their positive real estate experiences.

Rosemary (Fraga) DeLaurentis grew up in Oakland, CA. Her father, Edward Fraga, was an entrepreneur, owning hardware stores in the Bay Area. She remembers folding fliers that would be hand delivered to homes to advertise his business. From him, she learned determination, love for great customer service and the virtue of being a great negotiator.

Rosemary, her husband, Vince DeLaurentis, and daughter, Tana, moved to Phoenix in March of 1988. They lived in Northeast Phoenix since day 1, enjoying the beautiful mountain preserve and natural landscape, warm climate, great shopping, nearby restaurants, friendly folks and quiet neighborhoods. While living in Arizona, all 3 of them obtained college educations. Vince pursued his love for computers, getting his computer degree, Rosemary received her Bachelors Degree from Arizona State University in Business and Communication and their daughter Tana, received her Bachelors of Science Degree from Arizona State University in Molecular and Cellular Biotechnology. Tana later moved to Los Angeles with her husband, Diego, where he received his PhD in Virology at UCLA and Tana, her Masters in Nursing at UCLA.

‘Find what you love to do, and you’ll never work a day in your life.’ That is what residential real estate is to Rosemary DeLaurentis. She loves being a part of peoples’ lives in this very personal capacity – helping those that are in need to sell and move on OR purchase and start a new life in a new home.  Rosemary has remained in the top 17% of sales internationally with Coldwell Banker since 2012 and in the top 20 agents in the #1 office in Arizona – the Biltmore/Paradise Valley Office.

Sell a Home
When it's time to move, you need someone who will advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. I can take care of everything you need, from start to close.

Consult on Home Selling Tactics
Oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.
